Cream of potato soup recipe

I know it's summer right now, but there is a lot of search queries Google for this recipe. My job is to fill a need and this needed to be done. If right-spice this soup can be eaten cold, and is valid only if it is hot.

When I was a kid my family lived in Massachusetts. It was very cold in winter and if you have a bowl of hot soup, boy was the best. Soup for the Soul, for the energy to keep warm and natural. My mothercould mean that a bowl of soup. Yes, it would be Campbell's, but who does not? It was the time that soup from scratch, which I remember more. Because if its very cold outside and come into the house and the smell of soup hits you, so it is indescribable.

If you have maybe some soup and grilled cheese sandwich, you had enough energy, they play every day. This is exactly what I used to do, we would shoot and then the heavy snowFriends with snowballs. And there would be killer Moon Pie paths, you saw the Olympic bobsled, we also made a variant. Sure, we were not all the time but beyond that we had high slopes, twists and turns that were evil.

Believe me, if you do not eat Hardy then you do not have the energy to build, what we did. Homemade soup is sure to give you everything you need for energy. Well, to get it.

Ingredients:

2 - medium potatoes (peeled andsliced)
1 - large white onion (peeled and chopped)
4 - celery sticks (medium sliced not too thin)

I like my vegetables slightly crunchy soft, not definitive, so I cook the potatoes until soft. 1 / 2 teaspoon of salt added to cooking water from potatoes. When the potatoes are soft, pour water and add 3 - tablespoons of butter. Mash the potatoes until thick consistency, not smooth and creamy. Then add 1 & 1 / 2 - cup cream and 1 - cup of chicken broth. Add the vegetables,Salt, pepper and paprika. You can sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top of individual portions of a beautiful color and flavor.
