Chez Sylvie & Fils Organic French Bistro is located at Swift and Clark roads in Sarasota, Florida. Sylvie, the owner and chef, was born in Paris, France, and still speaks with a heavy French accent. Our lunch of croque monsieur (ham and brie cheese) sandwich and goat cheese salad were delicious. We also shared a bowl of delicious hearty split pea soup. French music played in the background during our meal. It was like a mini trip back to France for us.
